Mr. Owen C. Hinds Jr. is an Attorney-at-Law with a wealth of experience in the practice of law in Trinidad and Tobago.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of the West Indies in 1995, Mr. Hinds read for his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of the West Indies, which he obtained in 1997. Thereafter he attended the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School, where he was awarded a Legal Education Certificate in 1999. He was admitted to practice in Trinidad and Tobago on 22nd October, 1999 and he has been a key associate with Guerra, Elder and Associates for the past nineteen (19) years.

As a senior member of our Chambers, Mr. Hinds was instrumental in several key high profile criminal trials, wherein he functioned as both Instructing and Advocate Attorney at Law.

He is renowned for his meticulous case preparation, thorough advice and incisive cross examination. A versatile attorney, Mr. Hinds expertise spans a wide breadth of legal areas as his practice includes criminal law, civil litigation, industrial relations and probate.
